How to pass' © ' symbol to command line script?

Question
-
Using command line, I am invoking a batch file through which I want to change copyright to "ABC Copyright©2000-2017"
However I am not able to do so, as I am getting "ABC Copyright©2000-2017".
Can anyone please help me getting appropriate symbol?
Thanks!

Hi Moderator,

You only showed other forum. I'm afraid it can't be an answer.
