Hi,
It looks like the issue is with your install of Office XP Small Business edition. Use the KB article that Carey suggested: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/903275/en-us and that should solve the problem.
Please let us know!
Thanks,

Hi Kaige1,
I'm afraid that is something I am not sure of. My area of expertise is wtih genuine validation and product activation. I'm not sure why you're running into this install issue.
I'll bet someone here can help: http://www.microsoft.com/office/community/en-us/default.mspx?d=1
Thanks,

It did solve my validation issue so I could download Outlook holidays. Now that I have downloaded (office2003-KB924423-FullFile-ENU.exe) and try to install it I get the error msg = the expected version of the product was not found on your system. How do I fix this?
