    I'm trying to create a process that starts with a Contact form and a custom drop down field.  If the user selects a value in the drop down I am triggering the process to create a lead.

    Question:  I would like to set the owner of the lead to a business unit based on what was selected in the drop down box.  Is that possible?

    Business Units can't be owners.  Teams and Users can, so you could use a Team for the Business Unit, and then you would just have to have a long "If-Then-Else" set of checks in the workflow to assign to each team based on the picklist.
