CRM Custom Reports Invalid User Authorization Error RRS feed

  • I have recently upgraded from CRM 2013 - 2016 and I am having troubles with the reports. I have successfully installed and configured SSRS and when I try and run old reports it works just fine. But when I try and create a new report no matter what I do when I run the report it always gives me the error: Invalid User Authorization, the user authentication passed to the platform is not valid. Has anyone else seen or heard of this happening and have a solution?

  • I am troubleshooting the exact same issue...

    We were having this issue with Draft Status Workflows but got it cleaned up by deleting and importing a custom plug-in.

    Have you had any luck with this?
