  • I probably will not be continuing my subscription after the trial period because of the lack of support,  How can I fully trial your product without access to the best support.  I have this sytem confusing, time consuming and frustrating.  I still have been unable to back up my files because of some glitch and have wasted valuable time and CDs.  Not impressed at all with your product.  You really should rethink your trial.

  • I'm sorry that you are unhappy with the free trial and that you are encountering a problem with backup. Post details of your problem in the backup topic folder and we may be able to offer some help here. However, you *can* obtain tech support via email by selecting that you are a trial user when proceeding through the Help and Support flow for contacting support.
