I don't see Live One Care in my billing and account info RRS feed

  • I was trying to resubscribe to my Live One Care before it expires.  I followed the directions (including prompting for my forgotten password) but when I get to the "Your Services" I don't see Live One Care as an option to pick.

    I have One Care and it's still working.  Any idea what I'm doing wrong?
