    Hi

    I have been to sooo many different forums and cannot find anyone who knows the answer to this question.

    Everywhere I look and everything I read says that you cannot buy a legitimate product key unless it comes with a genuine Certificate Of Authenticity.

    My question is, what about when you buy a copy of Windows 7 at the online Microsoft Store and select the download option? How do you get the COA in this case?

    Your confirmation email and receipt in this case are your COA, print a copy and/or print to a file and save it.

    NOTE: this is also how your product key is delivered, it is absolutely imperative that you do not lose your key or email.
