Why "Team" cannot be assigned to "account" entity in Dynamics CRM 2013?

Question

Hi,
I want to perform assign operation on an account entity. I can assign the "User" to account entity successfully. But not able to assign "Team" to account entity, it gives following error.
Principal team (Id=8dd45690-4ae7-e311-8a8b-00155d02411b, type=9) is missing prvReadAccount privilege (Id=886b280c-6396-4d56-a0a3- 2c1b0a50ceb0). It seems like privilege issue, can someone elaborate this further?
Is there any workaround to this issue? So that I can assign "Team" to an entity.
Or it is definition only! Please comment.
Thanks!

Means that the team haven't a role that contains a privilege to read the accounts.
You need to edit or add a role to the team to permit to read accounts

Hello Guido,
I am having the same issue with assign in a process workflow. The team has read privileges across the whole organization. I still get this error. Is there a limitation to assigning teams in workflows?
