HELP! Red 'X' on CRM for Outlook window when trying to track emails from a contact RRS feed

  • Hello

     I keep getting a Red 'X' on CRM for Outlook window when trying to track emails from a contact. Please attached screeshots. Can you help?

  • I have seen that before myself, my fix was to go into the Diagnostics tool for the Outlook plugin and delete the temp files.  This fixed that for me.
