Trigger OnLoad scripts with out loading the form

  I have a few scripts that triggers on from On Load. The Script populate data on a few other fields on the records once the form is loaded and they are working fine. However, I almost have a few thousands of Account Records in CRM and my requirement is to export all these accounts with the data populate on the fields mentioned above.

  Can anyone advise how do I get this done, without loading the forms? I could do it if they are in 10s or 100s. But, its in thousands. Any advise on this is much appreciated. Thanks in Advance
