    Hi Everyone,

    I am running Windows XP and I am trying to validate it. BUT I do not have the correct product ID Key as my son with whom I have lost all contact moved out and took the installation CD with him. I can prove that I bought the software from store records.

    Does anyone know how I can get my Windows XP validated with Microsoft?..I can't get past their email support without my product key and I can't afford to pay the outrageous amounts they want for telephone support...
