recommended settings for ice v2

Question

Hi,
I got 125 Images (EOS 5D Mark III, focal length 200mm) 25 columns in 5 rows. horizontal overlapping 1146 of 3840. vertical overlapping 2587 of 5760. I appreciate any recommendation for a structured stitch.
My values horizontal 30%, vertical 45 and rad 20 don't result in an error free stitch. Any hint to start the adjustment.
Best Regards
Helmuth

How were the photos captured? If the camera moved in a plane (like a flatbed scanner or aerial photography), choose Planar Motion. If the camera rotated on a tripod, choose Rotating Motion. If the overlap is very consistent between all images, you can reduce the search radius to nearly zero, so that ICE won't perturb the images away from a regular grid. If the camera motion was less precise, then 20% or more may be appropriate for finding matching features in the images.

Thank you very much for your helpful answer!
First of all I like to mention that for me version 2.02 performs better than any, indeed any of my previous attempts with hundreds of pictures and more. Thank you very much!
The pictures were captured, using the Manfrotto panorama head 303SPH. Picture size of the EOS 5D Mark III is 3840 x 5760 (portrait). The vertical lines of the grid vary from 1091 to 1250; the horizontal lines from 2591 to 2618. The head is not more precise at minimum setting of 5 degree.
So what happens if the radius is set to e.g. 15 an edge of a roof in the right hand part of the picture gets an error. Setting the radius to 25 a roof in the left hand picture gets an error. So the best balance I could find is hor overlap 30, ver overlap 30, rad 16.875.
However if I use my calculated values of hor overlap 32.06, vertical overlap 45.45 and rad 10 the stitch fails. If I increase rad to 27 or 45 I get more spots where e.g. roofs or ornaments don’t match. I wonder why? Is my calculation regarding overlap wrong? Is the spread of 159 pixels vertical and 27 pixel horizontal in the grid to much?
Thank you very much for any hint!

Let me add my intention:
I would like to set up ICE for 4 lenses: 50mm, 85mm, 100 mm and 200mm. For these four lenses I got stops on the Manfrotto panorama head 303SPH. The head is driven manually and along with that I had to deal with tolerances.
So it would be nice, if I could setup ICE for these four lenses. And if necessary, minor adjustments should fix the problems caused by the tolerances.
So my calculation for e.g. horizontal overlap: 1170 / 3840 * 100 =30.47. The overlap was identified using Photoshop.
