Windows Validation says not genuine on desktop

Question
-
Hello,
When I got back last night my desktop stated that my windows 7 was not genuine. I know it is! I purchased an online download on 1/27/2011 for the desktop and 2/12/2011 for my laptop. You had ceased "Sync" and I had to upgrade to get the new "Mesh". The Laptop was upgraded from Vista when I found that both had to be 7 for Mesh to work, Thanks! I had constant issues with the upgrade and finally, in January this year I did a cold reload of the Laptop- Pain in the abs. But the laptop "Mesh" fails to work.
So why does my desktop now fail to validate? The MGAD Tool copy follows:

As you can see the product keys remain different. The only change I noticed was on shutdown before leaving last week the desktop took quite a while updating windows.
Thank you for your help!

I know it is! I purchased an online download on 1/27/2011 for the desktop and 2/12/2011 for my laptop.
Where did you purchase this? If it was anywhere other than the Microsoft store it is likely from a bogus seller.
for the desktop
Cached Online Validation Code: 0xc004c4a2
This is the code for a blocked product key. Likely you purchased form a bogus source. If you purchased windows for your laptop from the same source it will go not genuine also.

I have checked this key and it has been Blocked for the reason: Returned
Meaning the Retailer submitted to Microsoft that the software/key had been returned.
When Microsoft software is returned to a retailer, it is not resold. When informed of the return, Microsoft Blocked the key from further use. The retailer then sends the software in for disposal.
I have no way of knowing if this was on purpose or part of a mistake on the retailers part, but I recommend contacting the retailer for a full refund.
Thank you,

The Product Key has been Blocked by MS for some reason - from whom did you purchase this Key/download?Darin will be able to tell the reason for the block - but I suspect that you purchased this from a well-known counterfeiter, who purchases retail licenses, then returns them for a refund, and resells then Key multiple time in the meanwhile - thereby defrauding everyone they touch.

I received a backup disc for both downloads reading Genuine and Microsoft in two spots and Microsoft in one spot along the purple exterior w/ a green label w/C 2009 Microsoft Corporation X15-60644-01 on it. They came from the Microsoft store.

Darin,
This was purchased on-line at the Microsoft store. I've used it for over a year with validation software on the machine and auto-updates turned on. Why over last wekend did it go back to the supplier?

Call the Microsoft Store at 1-877-MY-MSSTORE (1-877-696-7786) and ask to speak with a customer service agent.

Darin will be able to confirm the exact reason for the block - the most common one is that it has been tagged as 'returned'.
