Problems with One Care back up to Zip Drive RRS feed

  • I was doing the monthly file back up to my Zip drive, and it said it was full. My daughter and I accidently deleted all the files off it and now when I try to do the back-up it comes up with the message:

    "Windows Live OneCare could not find your current backup device: E:\

    Please connect the drive and click OK"

    However the device is definitely connected. The files that were deleted from the Zip drive have disappeared completely and therefore cannot be restored.

    Can anyone help an old lady please?
