Windows Logo Testing

I have been attempting to backup files using Windows OneCare, when I start the backup, I get the following error message:

Software you are installing for this hardware: Generic Volume Shadow Copy

Has not passed Windows logo testing to verify compatibility with Windows XP.

It says that I shouldn't proceed with the backup, because my system might destabilize now or in the future. Does anyone know what is causing this and how I can proceed with the backup?

I have never seen this warning with OneCare on XP, but Volume Shadow Copy is the service used by OneCare backup. You should not, to my knowledge, be seeing this warning. However, accepting the install and proceeding should allow you to back up. You can contact Support to confirm.
