Microsoft Certification ID Expiration RRS feed

  • Question

  • I don't even want to discuss about the need to make those accounts expire, anyway, I received this message:

"To ensure you can continue to access the MCP member site and receive program notifications, you need to use the Microsoft account that is associated with your MC ID at least once a year. If this ID is not used during a 12-month period, you will need to request a new access code to visit the MCP member site."

Now, I tried logging into my MCP member account and I discovered that the Access Code has expired or I never received a mail containing the good one.

I tried asking for a new one using the form on the website, but the website has some big redirect loops problem. So it's not working properly.

I tried using the regional assistance, but I passed two hours looking for an answer or a good FAQ category covering my problem among endless tabs. Seems like I have to reverse engineer the whole website in order to find a form that I can use to send an email like "Hey guys! Where is my MCP Access Code?".

Of course, the "Contact Us" on the bottom of the MCP page redirects me to a page with the following, nice message "We are sorry, the page you requested cannot be found".

To which God should I sacrifice my whole family in order to have my Access Code back and be able to refresh an account that publishes my transcripts and that who-knows-why it has to expire?
