Is there a way to attach a file to an email when the file is in CRM?
For example:
I have a pdf that is attached to an account via an Activity. An email Set Regarding a client contains attachments that I can then open by going through CRM to the closed email activity and double clicking on the pdf.
Now, if I want to send it again, I have to have that pdf saved somewhere on my desktop, or in My Documents.
Is there a way to add a new email in CRM, and then when it asks where my attachment is located, to tell it to find the attachment in the Closed Activity that contains that attachment?
