Hello,
I purchased MS Office Home and Student 2007 from PC world 2 years ago, It installed fine but now it has started saying on start up (this is not a genuine copy) I have all activation codes and tried use MS support website but wasn't helpful at all.
Any help would be greatly appreciated !!! As it is driving me insane!!!

For some reason it needs activating again. Do this:Click Start and in the Run box type slui.exe 4, Enter. Select an activation centre near you, call, speak with a real person and explain what happened.

I did this from my windows start menu hit run and put in what you said and it cannot find the file name. Am I doing this correct. I cannot find a telephone number for microsoft is proving difficult when it should be so easy!Sunday, May 16, 2010 6:40 PM
