how do i get a copy of my windows ????????

  Hello everybody
  
  First of all i would appreciate for any help if somebody could give me !!!1
  
  A year ago i got a new laptop wich came up with Windows vista tm home premium oemact hp, by the way these days my copmuter doesnt wanna get on main page , but its saying to me , insert the disc and reinstall the windows, unfortunately i lost my cope of windows , but i do have my porduct key which is in the bottom part of copmuter whith other number barcodes,, so please how do i get the copy of my wondows by having the product key ????
