Where is the forum for Live Messenger 2009 ?

Hello !

Where can I post a question about Windows Live Messenger 2009 (running on XP pro SP3 system) for the "international" community ? Everytime I go to windows live help, it opens on the Italian pages, I would like to ask also to other persons.
