Cannot use Report Manager in Excel 2010 RRS feed

    I would like to use Report Manager in Excel 2010.  I have copied the Reports.XLA file in the library folder and it is still not working.  I know it can be done as I have done on one PC. When i did the same on another PC it is not working.
