CRM - duplicate email tracking token RRS feed

  • Hello,

    we have trouble with CRM 2011 (RU17). Email sent from CRM have duplicate tracking token. Etc. User send first email and CRM generate token CRM005001. User send second email and CRM assign token CRM005001. There is duplicate token and problem with automatic tracking emails.

    Could you help me?

  • If you are using CRM outlook client, then it seems to be a know issue, you can submit a request to obtain a hotfix of this.
