    I am also troubled with this problem...

  • The installed Key is the Default Key - and can never be legally activated.

    You show evidence that there has been a hacker's Activation Exploit installed in an attempt to bypass activation and validation requirements.

    The machine appears to be a Dell - is there a COA sticker on the case (or inside the battery compartment)?

     Best way to fix it now (since we don't know which version of RemoveWAT was used) is to run WATFix....

    Download WATFix - make sure that you UNTICK the box for the 'download manager, and click on the link on the left of the page, not the big shiny button on the right (which is an ad for the download manager!!) - and use that - extract the .exe file, and run it, then reboot.

     Post back with another MGADiag report, and we'll then see what we can do.

    Your installation of Office Enterprise is also counterfeit, and should be uninstalled and replaced by a legal copy.
