CRM updating outlook Distribution Lists RRS feed

    I am running CRM 4.0 Update 3 and was wondering if there is a way to have our accounts in CRM update our outlook 2007 distribution list using exchange 2003 SP2.  When new customers or prospects are added it would be nice to have that customer/prospect dynamically added from CRM into our distribution list.  I know I am going out on a limb here but figured I would ask.

    Hi Len,

    this is no standard functionality but this can be developed with a PlugIn by a CRM Developer. I estimate 1-2 days for such feature.
