Crm and Outlook Synchronization

Question
-
Hi, we are currently synching Crm contacts with contacts in Outlook. Is there a way for Crm to alert, say, an administrator if Crm needs to synch contacts with a user's Outlook but that user hasn't opened his Outlook in a few days? In our case, we have users visiting clients and if they don't see contacts via their Blackberry's that they expect to see, somebody in the office manually has to start Outlook on the user's machine to force the synchronization.
Thanks in advance,
Eric B

You can get the LastSyncStarted on and Completed on from the database.

I can't seem to locate a Subscription table in the database nor a Subscription entity in the front end. Am I missing something? Thanks in advance...Monday, April 19, 2010 6:00 PM

Subscription table is there. Are you looking at MSCRM_CONFIG database or the CRM database which usually ends with _MSCRM? It's the OrgName_MSCRM database that you should look at.
