CRM2011: User is not finding the Dashboard Views RRS feed

  • Hi Experts,

    CRM2011: User is not finding the Dashboard Views, below is the security role permissions on dashboards. All the views are visible to sysadmin.

    Which permissions should be given inorder to see the Dashboard views

    Any help on this would be much appreicated.

  • Hi.

    With User level Read privilege for User Dashboards, the user will see/read only Dashboards created by him. In order for him to see/read other user's dashboard you should elevate the read privilege for User Dashboard to either BU level or Org level.
