  • Question

  • How can I set up, on a permanent basis, instructions to pring in black ink only, without me having to set up these preferences every time I print a map with Streets and Trips?

  • Sorry, this forum is for questions about the TechNet Wiki. I cannot find a forum for printer questions, but maybe you can ask in a Windows forum. You can start here (and you can change the Windows version):

Is Streets and Trips a software product?

  • Hello lgosmeyer.

This question should be asked in the Microsoft Community Forums for Windows at http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows.
This problem can be otfen solved by checking the printer settings or preferences (the exact procedure can vary according to the Windows version you're currently running) to see if there's an option that set the printer to print only in black & white; maybe your printer's software is equipped with a sort of control center that can allow you to set such an option, but you have to check the printer's documentation to see if that's the case.

    Bye.
