  • When searching for customers (which we know are there) in CRM 2011 in Outlook 2010, it will return "There are no items to show in this view".  This only happens for a few users who were or are on "Update Rollup 12, 15, 16" it will turn up zero results.  Users who are on "Update Rollup 6" can search for customers and it will return results.  Any idea how to fix this? We used wildcard searches and normal search and cannot produce any search results for a few specific customers.
