  • Hi

    Can anyone please help asap

    We ran into a problem with the normall proxy issue when trying to register our CRM 4 thru the registration wizard. Finaly got our proxy removed and now when trying to register the CRM 4 instance it popping up with this error in the reglog. We only have 2 days left to register so need this sorted very soon or our company will have lots of issues. Anyone run into something similar

    14:53:26|   Info| Step1 - Validate registration data.
    14:53:26|   Info| Completed Step1 - Validate registration data.
    14:53:26|   Info| Step2 - Store registration data to CRM database
    14:53:26|   Info| Completed Step2 - Store registration data to CRM database
    14:53:26|   Info| Step3 - Register CRM
    14:53:27|  Error| Server was unable to process request. ---> An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007000B)

  • I recommend that you call Microsoft CRM Support. This should be a no charge technical support incident.

  • Hey Christian, may I kindly ask you to share this tool as well. Just got tired of this stupid Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007000B during the registration.
