Run a windows application on your browser RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello everyone :)

I'd like to start apologizing for my english. I'll do my best to not make any mistakes.

I've created a webgame. That game has 2 platforms: one for player vs monster and the other for player vs player. To get a better performance, I decided to build the PvP system not on the browser, but on a windows app.
And the results were great. The thing is, while on beta test, many users are having problem understanding that half of the game is on browser and the other half is download required.

I realy dont want to just send everything I've scripted to the garbage and start programing again, so I thought I might search for a way to run my win app on a browser. I've done some research and it seems to be possible. But I've found many ways to do it, and I dont even know if they work (silverlight, XBAP Apps (WPF Browser Applications) etc).

So I come here asking: is it possible to do what I want? If so, where should I look for ways to doing it?

    Thanks,
    Lucas
