Isdegradation false

  what is this Isdegradaton false, that i see under my boot logs as a warning, i dont have single computer nor have i ever scean a computer that does not have this stupid problem even right after install there should not be error and warnings in the boot/shutdown event log ever, what is this stupid problem and why hasent it been fixed yet.
