  • I just installed live OneCare on my PC, however the light is red??? Shouldn't it be green?????

  • It should indeed be green. Open OneCare by double clicking the tray icon or by starting it from the Start menu. It will tell you what action you need to take to bring it to green.

  • Yes to get them green in left hand side  click on change settings

    then go to firewall and virus protection and click on

    Double click the OneCare icon in the system tray to open OneCare and view the yellow banner message at the top of the main program window that opens. It will tell you what actions to take to go to green.

    If this is a new install, it is likely that it wants you to configure backup and select your network as "Home or Work" or "Public."
