speakers don't work

my toshiba satellite L505D=LS5001 has audio problems the internal and external speakers don't work and also the web cam doesn't work either I have tried to uninstall and re-install but this doesn't work Please help I have windows 7 if that helps.

This will take you to the driver's page where you should be able to get webcam and audio drivers.
