Customer Centric Sales process with probability is defined as below and should be mapped to CRM application.
i. Qualified – 10%
ii. Defined requirements – 20%
iii. Solution with budget quote - 30%
iv. Proposal submitted – 40%
v. Negotiation – 60%
vi. Order – 90%
vii. Service fulfillment - 100%

Does this refer to the Sales Process for an Opportunity...
You need to create a workflow that updates the pipeline stage as Qualified and sets the probability % to the corresponding no. upon probably some other factors that change in the opportunity...
Trying to define a process to have the pipeline report reflect the current state of the opportunity.
Does it make sense in your context?
