Our organization has a newsletter volunteer who doesn't know how to switch a project, after the content has all been entered, from two-column to one-column layout. A two-column layout is great for printing, but not very readable and hard to navigate
when viewing online. Making this layout change would allow the two-column .PUB file to be used for printing, and then after printing to save the newsletter as a .PDF for posting to our website. I'm not sure how he does the layout -- ie whether
he starts with a template.
My question: Can this be done in Publisher 2007? What about in 2016? Or any other software?
