    Hello...I am Running a Genuine fully Updated Copy of Win XP Pro.,,,Whenever i dramatically change MSConfig Services, my system triggers the WGA Tool telling me that my copy of Windows is not activated and leaving me with a 3 day activation deadline.....I reactivated three times and had to call for the forth!cause of my product key being activated too many times,,,,,,

    My thing is that i would like to run DJ software on a minimal enviroment. i

    Shouldnt i have the option since i bought and own the software, to run it as needed according to a given set of parameters?,,,i would like to be enabling and disabling services and hardware without having to reactivate ...,..Is that an option???.....

    You are not going to gain any perfomance benefit by disabling Services in Windows - it's a pure myth.

    Hi Nik,

      Once you decide on a specific configuration, then reactivate.  You shouldn't need to reactivate after that untill you significantly change the configuration again.
