Add a second PC but cannot configure backup at this time RRS feed

    Error Message when I click on configure backup in the Live OneCare is 'Cannot add this PC, try again after some time'.  Is my hub not able to communicate with the added PC or what could this be?

  • Has centralized backup been configured on the hub PC already? Is the 2nd PC activated and connected to the same local network as the hub PC? Are you getting this error after you have configured the backup and click next to save the updated backup plan? Did you receive a prompt to login with your subscription LiveID?
