    Hi,

    Has anyone built their customer feedback system with Forms Pro, having data transferring to Dynamics 365 (custom entities)?
    We need to be able to easily collect feedback from our customers whose information we have in Dyn 365. The answers could not be anonymous whereas just sending out a link would not work.

    It would be great to here if someone has managed to create a good combo but also to know if there have been difficulties.
