CRM 4.0: Error while Creating a Case record RRS feed

  • I created a webservice which takes an XML data as input in the function.

    from the inner text of xml i am creating a case record in CRM.

    This is working pretty fine in my local system when i host the service(my webservice) and using.

    when i host this on another server and started using it. but in vain,

    It is trowing an error "server was unable to process the request".

    How ever i created simitliar webservices for other entities they are working in both the servers

    Please help if any one faced this issue.

    This is a generic exception and doesn't give the problem hints. Try getting the details of the SoapException to identify a cause. You might also check the Trace logs for error detail.

    Please let me know how to enable trace logs(and how to track them).

    This is the message from soap exception can i try making a log of details and inner exception( i found inner exception is null)
