    Trying to renew my subscription and can't seem to change my country of origin for my billing address?  Any ideas?

  • I don't know if this will help but check to see if the country and language you are trying to change to are set in Internet Explorer. To do this open Internet Explorer>Tools>Internet Options>General>Languages>Add, select country and language from list.

  • If your Billing profile at http://billing.microsoft.com for your OneCare subscription shows an incorrect address (country) and you are unable to change this, either contact support -

    or abandon this account and activate a new subscription using a different or new LiveID. Uninstall the current copy and reinstall from http://onecare.live.com when the current subscription expires.
