    Hello

    I am having problems opening any e-mail. As soon as I open an e-mail, I get totally disconnected from the internet.

    I think maybe a Firewall issue. My antivirus is Windows live one care. I am frustrated with this 90 day trial and dont know what to do

    Hi Don

    I am not sure this is a firewall or Windows OneCare problem, it sounds like there may be trouble with your ISP, but just in case get in touch with OneCare support found here

    I agree that it is not likely to be caused by OneCare, but think it may be a setting in your email program. If you are unable to identify the cause of the problem, Chuck's advice for contacting support is the way to go.
