  • Hello,

I'm afraid that anything except usage of Display/Enable rules can be considered as unsupported approach. I strongly suggest to avoid unsupported approach and use Display/Enable Rules and Ribbon Workbench tool.

  • Hi ,

Create a javascript function. According to your conditions return true or false . Create an enable rule and add this javascript function as Custom Rule.If javascript function return false , ribbon button will be unvisible.

You can customize it using Ribbon WorkBench.

  • Hi,

The bulk of the ribbon buttons are controlled inherently by the Roles and Permissions. It may just be that you can configure a role that would hide the button.
