There are a number of different certification paths you could take however none of them cover all the areas you have experience in.
For C# you could look at doing the
MCPD: Windows Developer 3.5 (4 exams) or
MCPD: ASP.NET Developer 3.5 (4 exams) certifications and for SQL Server you could look at doing the
MCITP: Database Developer 2008 certification (2 exams). These certification paths cover the areas of experience you have.
There are also a number of new certifications targeting
SQL Server 2012 and
Visual Studio 2012 (.Net Framework 4.5) however as these are new, there is very little in the way of training/study material available. There are also upgrade exams available to upgrade from 2008 to 2012 certifications.
The Visual Studio 2008 and SQL Server 2008 exams expire in July 2013 so this only gives you 9 months to complete all the exams in each certification path.
Please note: even though the exams for 2008 will expire in July 2013, certifications gained by passing these exams do not expire.
