    I am trying to renew one care and the product code wont take. It says its been used. How can I get the product code to work???

  • If the product key is being reported as having been used already, it has. If you just purchased this at a retailer, exchange it. Unless you have already renewed on another copy of OneCare with that key, in which case, do nothing as all PCs on your subscription will have the updated subscription status within 1 to 5 days, depending on when the original expiration date was.
