Scanner Stopped Functioning Since Win10 Installation RRS feed

  • Ever since Windows 10 was installed on my computer, I haven't been able to use my HP Officejet Pro 8625 for scanning.  This all-in-one printer was purchased in May 2015 and it was working beautifully until Windows 10 was installed. Did anyone have any suggestions how to address this issue? BTW, this is only one of the issues my wife and I have had with our computers, both upgraded from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10.

  • Hi,

    I'd start by asking this question in the HP forums to see if anyone else is having problems. It's likely you need an updated driver for the printer.
