Up-dated my folfs computer with all the lastest up-dates in late Sept. Automatic updates was not on. Power outlet is connected to a light switch which was turned off several times by two year old nephew.
Now requesting validation before logging on. attenmps to register with product key on computer shows invalid. 312295 did not fix it. Ran diagnostic report see below;

From the Desktop:
1.
Click Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, and then Activate Windows.
Or, click the Windows Activation icon in the taskbar notification area next to the clock.2.
Click Yes, I want to telephone a customer service representative to activate Windows now.
3.
Click Read the Windows Product Activation Privacy Statement, click Back, and then click Next.
4.
Follow the steps in the “Activate Windows by phone” dialog box, and then click Next.
Note The number appears now and differs based on the location that you select.5.
When activation is completed and you receive the following message:
You have successfully activated your copy of Windows
Then click OK.

I believe you need to contact you Computer's manufacturer, because your computer is telling me different things here:
The OEM SLP key is from fujitsu siemens, and the BIOS is telling me its from Epson, and then, OEMBIOS.dat is tellign me gateway.Thursday, November 20, 2008 9:48 PM -
