    Hi,

     

    I'm not really too familiar with the "technical" part of Dynamics CRM, but can anyone assist me in synchronizing Outlook and Dynamics CRM? Are these settings part of the CRM installation or are there specific settings one has to setup? How do you create tasks? Would appreciate a prompt reply as this is quite urgent...

    Hi,

     

    Thanks for the prompt reply, the answer helps me with Dynamics CRM, but it seems like my questions was with regards to AX CRM...I want to assist someone else (thought he was talking about Dynamics CRM)

     

    Do you know how synchronization works with AX CRM? What's the difference between the 2, I've always wanted to know..?
