I am struggling with this issue for long time, even I didn't get any straight forward article where it's been told how to use track email automatically in Dynamics 365 Outlook App.
Every time I have click on the track email button to sync that email activity with the CRM online. Even I can send emails from CRM.
Created set regarding to a contact & using the same email id for sending & receiving emails.
I am really not able to figure it out whether we can Sync the emails using Dynamics 365 Outlook App or one has to manually click on the Track button for each email?
