itunes update won't download to correct drive letter RRS feed

  • Question

  • My music is on drive letter H: it used to be G: which now is a canon printer. Upon downloading a newer version of itunes it prompts me reads "not enough space on drive G:, then it has a change drive letter button and when I select it to change it the states "drive G: currently in use". Drive G" is a sandisk slot in my printer. How can i remedy this?  Please help. JJ

  • Hi,
are you talking about Windows Home Server operating system?
(If not, you are off topic in this forum and take better a look into web resources for itunes, since this is the software, which lacks the functionality and has nothing to do with the OS.)

    This being said:
You always could use disk management to reassign drive letters to meet the requirements of your software.
