    I JUST bought this program and got sent an email about me being billed, do  i really pay for this *** monthly or what? and why?

    OneCare is an annual subscription. Did you purchase through the activation process and provide payment information? If so, you received a confirmation of your purchase and it probably also states that you will be charged annually for renewal using the credit card information on file. If you activated with a retail product key, you are not going to be billed or charged for anything, but when the subscription is close to renewal, you will be prompted to renew to remain protected.
